校友活动 — 欧洲清华汽车行业云酒会

云酒会邀请函

亲爱的各位校友,

大家好！

又是一个盛夏将至，为给大家创造一次健康愉快的交流互动机会，欧洲清华汽车行业校友会、德国清华校友会及全英清华校友会联袂邀请您参加本次汽车行业云酒会活动。

活动采用在线视频的方式举行。

值此德国氢能国家战略出炉之际，主题将围绕目前带动汽车行业变革的新能源展开。席间将有新能源方向的专家带来行业核心动态。大家将畅谈在这样的历史背景下我们在科研机构，企业及创业道路上的机遇与挑战。同时，亦可小酌怡情，交流调酒经验（推荐酒单见附录）。

活动具体时间将根据大家在报名表中填写的可能参会时间敲定，尽量使更多校友可以参与其中。也欢迎有兴趣的校友以小报告形式分享新能源方面的经验，具体议程后续将根据报名情况确定。

附录：推荐酒单及介绍

DARK AND STORMY

50ml Dark rum

25ml Fresh lime juice

Top up with ginger beer

To make: Put all ingredients into a Highball glass over lots of ice and stir gently.

FIZZY APRICOT COOLER

30ml Apricot juice Ginger ale

Lemon Wedges ice

To make: Muddle ingredients and top up with ginger ale.

RUSTY NAIL

50ml Scoth whisky

25ml Drambuie

To make: Add all ingredients into a rocks glass with ice and stir.

VIRGIN MARY

Worcester sauce Tabasco

Garlic clove

1 tsp Wholegrain mustard lisp horseradish

10ml lemon juice

Celery salt

25ml tomato juice

MOCKTAIL

PASSION FRUIT MOJTTO

Passion Fruit (Or Juice)

5ml Lime Juice

30ml Apple Juice

10 Mint Leaves

To make: Muddle ingredients.  Add crushed ice or cubes and top with sparkling water or soda.

NEGRONI

35ml Gin

35ml Campari

35ml red Vermouth

To make: Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for about a minute. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange zest.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

50ml Vodka

25ml Kahlua

25ml Fresh espresso Sugar (optional)

To make: Add all of the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake. Fine-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

MOCKTAIL

Following requests from members we will hi including a mocktail each week.

LYCHEE CRANBERRY

15ml lemon juice coconut cream (to taste)

30ml lychee juice cranberry juice

To make: Pour lemon juice, coconut cream, lychee juice into a highball glass, add ice cubes and stir. Top up with cranberry juice.

COSMOPOLITAN

35ml Vodka Citron

25ml Cointreau

15ml Lime Juice

50ml Cranberry Juice

To make: Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail coupe.  Garnish with orange peel.

BENTON’S OLD FASHIONED

75ml Bourbon

15ml Maple syrup

To make: Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and pour into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with orange zest.

COCKTAIL OF THE WEEK

Daiquiri

60ml white rum

15ml lime juice

10ml simple syrup (recipes for simple syrup can be found online)

To make: Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for about 30 seconds. Strain into a cocktail coupe. Garnish with a lime wedge.
